Knowledge is Power. At least thats’ what we’ve been told all our lives, so based on that premise, we thought it important to place answers to some of our most “asked” questions up here for you. Should you still have a question, please contact us and we will gladly answer it. We will then place your questions, and its answer, up here in our Mean Bean FAQs section for others to benefit from. We charge a $7 flat rate shipping fee, which includes expedient shipment to anywhere within the continental United States. Orders over $100 enjoy FREE shipping. We look forward to shipping you your next cups of deliciousness!

We accept all major credit cards, as well as Paypal payments.

All the blends that we have here at Mean Bean Roasters are freshly blended and shipped immediately upon completion. That being said, we try to get all orders shipped within a couple days, tops. This ensures that your blends arrive at its destination as fresh as it possibly could be. Average time to receive your order, given the shipping times themselves, is about a week. That could be a little less, or a little more depending on the size and complexity of your order, as well as where in the country you live. If we find that there will be a delay with your order, we will immediately let you know via email or phone.

We use  USPS (United States Postal Service)  to make sure our orders arrive to their destinations, on time and in the exact condition as they left. If the situation dictates that UPS is the better solution for your particular order then we will certainly make use of them. Should there be any issues with your orders, please; we want to hear about it.

We are proud to say that we have customers all over the world who enjoy Mean Bean Roasters coffee and the freedom of being able to design their own, unique coffee blends. Currently our site is set up to provide you with shipping rates particular to the United States. We are in the process of providing charges for the rest of the world, but until then, please email us where in the world you want your order shipped and we will provide you with an immediate rate.

We place a great deal of importance and attention into customer service, so the fact that you are not happy is quite a long shot, but say should that happen, simply immediately return to us the unused portion of the coffee, or the items themselves, and someone will contact you to make sure you are properly taken care of. Our main concern here at Mean Bean Roasters is customer satisfaction, so rest assured, you will leave any communication with us, happy and satisfied.
